We executed the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 132kV outdoor switchyard for JK Cement, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply to their cement plant. The project included all critical high-voltage equipment and protection systems, delivering a safe and efficient electrical infrastructure.

The 132kV Outdoor Switchyard at JK Cement, Panna, faced challenges including handling heavy high-voltage equipment, limited site space, and working without disrupting plant operations. Seasonal weather and strict safety standards required careful planning and close coordination between all teams to ensure timely and quality completion.

To overcome the challenges, our team implemented precise equipment handling procedures, optimized the switchyard layout, and coordinated closely with the plant operations team. Advanced planning, safety protocols, and systematic testing ensured smooth installation, commissioning, and reliable high-voltage operation without affecting ongoing production.
